Yeah... Best I can get without specific items in combat is 77.5. Maybe I'll find something later in the game though. 90 would be good.

Well it's multiplicative so it technically is impossible. But you could get to 99.9. Which would be one attack in 1000 hitting.

Nah. There are attacks that take 10% of your life and there are ones that 1-shot. And will 1-shot even if you have 5 times the health you have. And those can't be dodged. XD
