It was 32C last week. But it only gets that hot like twice a year. It's usually around 25C on a good day

Hmm... Random. We rarely get below -5C in the winter, summers can be 30 at worst but usually are 25 or so.

It can get to -25C in the middle of winter

Well... You can protect from cold. Just get 10 layers of clothes on you and you're good. From hot you can slow it down, but it will get you.
