Cassy gave Kye a puzzled look, then sighed and looked down at her lap, rubbing the back of her neck. "I guess I might just have read the wrong emotions," she said. "I'm still a bit tense from all the healing and stuff." Pulling out her knife, she tossed it a few feet away from her, then watched it return to her hand almost as fast as she had thrown it.
