Geoff looked over at Chains.
"You know "normal" is subjective, right?"
He turned back to Zaida.
"Well, uh..."
Geoff tapped on his chin in thought.
"... in our society, our food mostly came from farms of tamed animals people breed... like... cows, pigs, chickens... uh..."
Zaida probably didn't know what those were. He had to figure out how to describe them.
"Like... chickens are flightless birds. Cows are, uh... kinda-big hoofed creatures..."
He realized her concept of "big" is probably much more overestimated than he meant.
"I mean, n..."
He looked at Fout, hoping he could explain better.
