"'Above the streets'? What do you mean?"

[Angder]

"Exactly what it sounds like." Fout stated. "Rooftops."

[The Past]

"Oh... I suppose that is a safer place..."

He looked up at Fout. "So, uh, how was the monster meat? Are you feeling sick at all?"

[Angder]

"I don't feel hungry." Fout said. "And I still seem to be here..."

[The Past]

"Ah..." Geoff rested his head on his folded arms and shrugged. "Oh well. I'm used to going hungry. Doesn't bother me much anymore... If I could remember where that damn pond is, we won't have to worry about food much."

[Angder]

"We could go looking in the morning... though we must be careful not to get lost..."

"Don't suppose you have any paper?"

[The Past]

"Nope," he replied.

[Angder]

"Damn" Fout glanced around. "Not really a problem I guess... we have nothing to write with anyway..."

[The Past]

"Do you remember where the old cave is? I bet I could figure out where to go from there."

[Angder]

"South" Fout said simply. "It is somewhere south"

[The Past]

"Alright..."

Thinking, he placed his finger on the floor, then ran it downwards towards himself, as if drawing an invisible map. He paused, moved the finger right, then paused again and frowned. "Mmh... I can't remember which way we went, but I'm pretty sure I will if we stop nearby."

[Angder]

"We need to be careful, this is a good base, it would be a shame to lose it..."

[The Past]

"Yeah, I know..."

Geoff refolded his arms on his knees and rested his brow on them, exhaling with a quiet groan.
