Stranded...

Fout remains silent, chewing on his meat

[The Past]

Geoff, feeling pretty awkward, silently continued eating. He regret making such a comment. He always had that habit of running his mouth.

((Geoff is fine, by the way. ))

[Angder]

Fout does not actually mind. Geoff seemed to be the nicest (And least scary) of the people he had met

[The Past]

After a minute or two, he decided to break the silence with a friendly chat. "Uh, so, what's your name?" Geoff asked.

[Angder]

"Fout" Fout replied.

[The Past]

"Ah. I'm Geoffrey. Or Geoff." He smiled. "It's nice to meet you, regardless of the, uh, situation, here, uh..."
He paused as he tried to think of something nice to talk about.
"Where are you from? Somewhere in England, it seems... I'm from Scotland. Near Edinburgh. Eh, I know my accent is a little weak. My mum is from the States. Lived there for a time..."

[Angder]

"Nowhere" Fout said. "I just sort of drifted, finding erm..." Fout stopped himself mid-sentence "Surviving" he said at last.

[The Past]

Geoff blinked. "Surviving?" He thought for a moment and nodded.
"Yeah... was kinda in the same situation. Long story, but after something stupid, I was kicked from my parents' house with barely a warning. Had no shelter and no one to turn to there, so after a while I used the little money I had left to fly to an online friend's place... then, er, you know the story..."

[Angder]

Fout nodded. "I fled england in order to escape someone..."

[The Past]

"'Escape someone'. Jeez. I can't imagine... getting that far on someone's bad side. I'm glad I've mostly avoided that type of people for the most part. I got my face punched in by a guy, but it never escalated much past that."

((I love when I think I typed a word but didn't. It's great. ))

[Angder]

Fout grinned cheekily "Not entirely his wrongdoing... We both got eachother I think..." Fout grinned even more. and whispered "how do you think I  could afford the flight?"

[The Past]

"Ohhh, I see." He smiled awkwardly. "Heh, to be honest, my ticket wasn't entirely paid with my own cash either... still feel a bit bad about it, but I guess I got my karma."

[Angder]

"Karma?" Fout grinned "Karma has no effect on me..."

[Farewell]

Zaida woke up and yawned, she fixed her Mohawk and huffed looking at everyone into the cave, she then rolled and stopped holding a piece of paper and pen she lightly began to sketch leaving them be.

[The Past]

Geoff felt much more comfortable around Fout now. It was nice to have someone to talk to.
"So, what are your interests? I'm a cartoonist in my spare time. Made a few flash animations, before I was kicked out, of course. I hoped to make a living off that stuff, but I doubted I could pull it off."
