What's really sad is that the only reason I'm using it instead of one I made myself out of different material is that it took me up until I was doing an exam about British dialect to realize that "balaclava" and "ski mask" were the same thing

I didn't know that either. I didn't know it was called a Ski Mask!

The pupils are actually made out of a thin black fabric that I stretched super tight across the holes and I can see REALLY well out of them.

A lot of people use plastic canvas or some sort of mesh but I personally always though it looked sort of weird. On the small chance you can't see the person wearing the suit through them then you just have a bunch of holes in your eyes. A lot of people also use bases for realistic eyes where you look through a spot of thin fabric in the tear duct.

Not entirely sure what that means but thank you I suppose   (A little unrelated but is it weird to say "thank you" to compliments? I was always told it was polite but it feels weird sometimes  )

I know some people do use sunglass lenses that they just paint aside from the pupil but I heard that if you don't properly ventilate your head then those can fog up.
