Since I technically got your request pretty far back and you were the next in line, here ya go, I really liked this one actually, it was a lot of fun!  :)
 
Sorry I couldn't get the arm tattoo in there, I started but it just didn't look right with the spots and all so I decided to just sort of leave it if that's all right.
