Nucleon - what I did was remove the enchantment from the gemstone, so now we are left with just the enchantment..

*absorbs the enchantment*
You can only do this with one enchantment, but is removes it from wherever it was, sort of like taking water out of a cup.. then allowing you to enchant anything..
The storage gemstone will be destroyed.. so in this case, the gemstone you are about to have will be destroyed although you will have all the powers it held
