Amy smiles and calls out "BREAKFAST IS READY! ALL WHO ARE HUNGRY ARE WELCOME!"

Tim flattened himself as much as possible and stared intently at a target, engaging his feral mode.
He tuned out anything in the room and focused. The air under him was now a suction where his body sat.
He tensed his muscles and let forward, taking down the dummy in a close second.

Al heard Amy, bounding down the stairs and into the kitchen, "What's for breakfast?"

"Sausages, ham, bacon, pancakes, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, you name it" Amy says with a smile, motioning to the fully laden table

[Cifero Windtail]

Tybalts grin slowly dissipates into a face of pain. He tells and holds his hand in pain. It was enough that he was physically weaker than most of everyone here, but added with Andrys strength the entire training was one sided "Oh Ow! Ah ah!!" Tybalt yelled looking up to Andrys eyes "H-how?"

 "Well, for starters, this isn't fat," Ardys/Adrys said, rubbing the spot where Tybalt had hit her. "I still felt that... It was a good punch. But with my training and... well, experience, I didn't feel it as much as I could have." The sabretooth heard the breakfast call, but ignored it for a second. "So then... What's your body like?" she said, stretching her arms out.


Cassy came downstairs to breakfast with the kits who were awake. "Morning, Amy," she said, grinning.

[Alistair]

Al licked his jowls before he dug into the ham, tearing it up into pieces with his paws before eating it.

[Cifero Windtail]

"Just stretching them out a bit," Ardys said. "I suppose it loosens things a bit..." Straightening her shirt out, she gently patted Tybalt on the back. "Why don't we go eat some breakfast, and then we can come back and maybe lift some weights or something?"

" sounds like a plan" Tybalt said with a slight  grin, wrapping a tired arm around Adrys and walking upstairs to the living room with Her

Ardys gently supports him. "Your had should feel fine in a bit, don't worry," she said. "Let's just get some food into you."

Ardys carries him to the breakfast table, where Cassy and the kits are seated already. "Morning," she said, sitting down and letting Tybalt lean on her, sensing that he's still a little tired... though, to be honest, she was too.

Ardys eats breakfast calmly once it's served, eating in the same orderly way she did before.




Cassy eats as well, but also keeps an eye on the kits. "This is great, Amy," she said after swallowing a bite of food.

"Sounds like a good idea." Tim heads with them upstairs.
and eats some breakfast.

Kro exited his room, walked downstairs and sat in the corner of the living room, listening to music.

I'm still drinking that glass of lemonade.

"Hey, zi- wait. How long have you been drinking that for?"

''Oh that I just been refilling it. See.'' points to a small stack of cash.
