Well its powerful! I barely managed to hold on! That in anger would be a force to be rekonved with.

*Places his arms out as he starts to glow white*

*The winds are now visible and very powerful around Zarco*

*Brings his arms back in and crosses them as he glows brighter*

I've never fully powered myself up like this!

*the wind stays at a constant high speed but the glow intensifies*

*Places his arms up and the winds speed up and starts ripping trees up*
