I just admitted too my fiance my interest in furry and honestly he was cool with it. Thought he would be. I showed him my phone background of the picture I found of the furry animal that I feel a connection with. He was like ehhh I thought it was cartoon porn. I was like ummm no. I'm not into that stuff. He was like oh. I just simply explained that it was an interest of mine since I was a kid and just recently felt too embrace it. He was like OK lol.

That's the common misconception that pretty much every non-fur has; they all think it's just a fetish. Props for coming out though - i have no idea if i would ever expose myself or how i would do it lol. I'm so secretive of it that i even had a friend in hs for years who i'm 99% was a hardcore fur but i never said a word to expose myself and now he disappeared haha.
