Acon stayed close to Ray, obviously worried, but she stole glances at Jay every once in a while. He was older, sure, but she was definitely legal.

Jayce looked at Lilly, and nodded. "Alright, one-two-three...lift!" Jayce lifted his end at the same time as Lilly, and started walking Ray back to the infirmary.

Jay checked his watch and made a small grumble, he took a turn down a nearby hall and then to a door, it had his name on the  frosted window, no one could see into it without entering


Ella was then next to Ray softly petting his uncut cheek

Acon watched Jay leave before she decided she'd go ask him something afterwards.

Marma walked beside Jayce and sighed. "What will happen with the kid now?"

Jayce shrugged. "I-I don't know." He looked at Ella. "Did you know about this?" Jayce kept his face completely deadpan, showing no emotion.

Marma crossed her arms and scowled. "What the hell kinda shit show are you running?"

Her paw trembled as she stroked Ray on the cheek, "b-by the time i knew what was going on Ite had already... and Jay seemed to know but... but we werent ready and now... Ray... m sorry... im so sorry little darling..." a tear fell from her face. She remembered she needed to give Alexis her injection again she pulled herself away to look for her, she sniffled and tried to suppress her tears, "A-Alexis?"

Jayce sighed. "W-Why...Why would the teachers wish this on us? On Vlad. On...on Ray?"

[Aconitum]

Acon held her face in her paws. "We're too weak."

[Cifero Windtail]

Cifero leaned against the wall near the others, staring at the floor. "... There's a point to this somewhere," he said. "More than one. But I'm telling you, that was no easy reaper to beat. There are much weaker ones than that guy." He shrugged. "It could just be that it was an example to show how we have to keep getting stronger... either that, or he's a masochist. Or maybe both." He looked over at Ella. "That guy was too strong even for you, madam." He looked at Alexis briefly, then sighed and sat down on a cot. "... I suppose it was just bad luck." Hearing Acon say that they were too weak, he got up and put a hand on her shoulder. "You guys weren't too weak. He was just way too strong. Even two of our instructors couldn't fight him. How could you?" He sighed. "I'm sorry if I wasn't as involved in the battle, but... too many people needed help."

Alexis came into the infirmiary looking quite.. normal and unaffected. She smiled after seeing Miss Ella, but when she saw Ray and others, her smile crooked and she tightly held her ribs. "Miss Ella... shot, please."


Her tail wagged knowing she could help Ray for the time being.

[Aconitum]

Acon held her head and cried over Ray. "Damn it!"

Ella took out the syringe, her paw still shaking, "A-Alexis please have the nurse do it... i need a moment.." she lay on one of the beds and sobbed quietl into the pillow
