"Hello.. um, how long have you been standing there?"
She began to get nervous standing between a teacher and this other fur. It just made her feel like she did something wrong.

Alexis felt a little uncomfortable but she ignored it for a bit. She then wagged her tail and asked about him.
"Excuse me, do you have a name? I'm Alexis." She tried to seem nonthreatening by not looking directly at Ray.
