Hi, I'm Rocket Raccoonus, a combination of Rocket Raccoon and Sly Cooper. I don't have a fursona, I'm new to the furry community although I've been one my entire life (just didn't realize). I've always loved anthropomorphic animals: some of my favorite movies as a kid were the Secret of NiMH and Watership Down and I fell in love with video games like: Sly Cooper, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank in the PS2 days.

I've always gravitated towards stuff with anthropomorphic animals; but I never really knew what a furry was and when I found out I was in disbelief that there was such a fandom: seemed like a perfect fit for me. I had wanted to attend video game conventions in the past but seeing as how platformers are my favorite genre (which usually have anthros as characters) I didn't really see the point because platformers aren't that popular anymore so there wouldn't be a whole lot for me, I mean I like games from every genre but my interest in those games begins and ends with playing it. I'm 24 btw so I'm getting in the fandom a little late in life but hey, better late then never  B)

Sly, Jak and Ratchet were the first games I played on PS2 way back when it was new. Good times. Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was also good. May your time here go well.

Salutations!! Welcome to the forums. Oh, and pardon me but… SOMEONE ELSE HAS PLAYED TY THE TASMANIAN TIGER!!!! I thought I was just in a small group of furs who played this rather unknown game!! Ahem- pardon me. Ah well, I'm Lady Armonia, the title Lady has been granted upon me, and thus most furs around here refer to me as "Lady."

Welcome!  I too started with furry movies and video games. My mom recently introduced me to Secret of NiMH. Great movie. I always loved those PS2 games also. I loved Fur Fighters too as a kid. Thanks guys!

I actually never played Ty, I think I kind of wrote it off as a kiddie game back in the day but I've since heard from a lot of people that it's very underrated, gonna have to check it out someday.
