Hi! I'm completely new to this community, but I've been roleplaying for years (mostly over Skype, email and 'speed' roleplay). I'm looking to start up again somewhere and was wondering if you're still looking for members.

At the moment we have one open spot in the rp.
However there is another we are currently looking at as well for the spot.
Please do not let this dissuade you though from applying as she lives in denmark and time zone differences will most likely cause some complications with her joining.
If you have a character sheet already made up I can take it, but if not then we can just skip to telling me a bit about yourself

Name: Khassandra Greybird
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Species: White-Tailed Deer
Personality: Snippy, easily irritated, she's small in stature but big in personality. She tends to make her opinions known and speak her mind. She has a fairly strict moral code, and will uphold it no matter what her circumstances.
Physical Traits: Fast and agile, she has most of the physical traits of her species including excellent hearing and sense of smell.
Weapon of Choice: Steel baseball bat with metal scraps welded to the end.


About me personally; I've been roleplaying on and off for 5-6 years (can't remember exactly when I started). I spent most of the first couple of years in speed roleplay, which is feral clan/pack based and basically amounts to 1 or 2 sentence posts where you try to attack and kill members of other clan/packs. The importance there was, as the name implies, your typing speed. The last years were spent on paragraph RPs, both original characters and canon characters, humans and furries alike. I'd like to think I'm pretty decent at it! Because I've been going through email lately I've gotten used to just replying whenever I've got some spare minutes throughout the day, but I'm on Pacific Standard Time so two hours behind you guys. Wednesdays and Fridays (during the semester) I'd be busy for the first half hour due to class but every other day your time schedule works for me! I also have pictures (self-drawn so not all that great) of this character as well as others, if you'd like to see those. Not sure how to post them here though!

Normally we run a very fast paced rp, usually using 1-3 sentences per post as thats the length of a statement in real conversation.
While typing speed isn't what is so critical for us you may want to brush up a bit on your faster paced rping as our last additions were blown away by what we consider to be slow.

I'm hopeful that I've retained most of my speed skills as well as world adaptability, though I'm pretty curious as to what the four years of your RP has built up plot/world wise. Will you tell me more, or not until after I've been accepted?

Lets just say at this point the lore has gotten to be so large that knowing it is like being a lawyer and we have to have specifically designated "keepers of the lore" because taking the time to learn it is impractical its just that big.

I just have a few more questions really before I am ready for that final step.
First off how do you handle extreme violence/dark and/or messed up themes?
The rp has gotten quite dark on more than one occasion and while I eat that stuff up some dont...

I've done some pretty dark stuff and handle it pretty well; for example I recently did a scene with a roleplay partner in which my character (I was playing a male at the time) raped theirs and tortured them for (if I remember correctly) about four days. I won't go into the specifics unless you'd like me to but I'm totally alright with dark themes, I think I can separate reality from roleplay pretty well.
