At that point all of the monitors in the ship came on with a simple message that read "look if anyone else is out there I'm trapped inside of the engine room. If you have a radio switch it on" the message was written in black on a white background so it might act as a light.

Ray hefted the revolver, and set the barrel on top of Leon's shoulder. "Don't...move." He waited a few seconds, and fired. A Necromorph rounded the corner, and promptly dropped to the floor, a bullet straight through the head.
