hello from a long timer looking for a new forum home

Hello everyone!
I'm poking around after finding out this forum seems to have been stable for a good number of years, thinking that it might be a nice place to set up shop so to speak. Bounced around a few forums over the last few years since fn died. Most of them kinda fizzled out. Anywho

Im just a normal fox poking my nose in, hoping to meet new people and have some discussions, and make a few friends along the way maybe.
Just a little bit about me : i have been a furry for a good long while, and its just one of those things that you want to tell people about but at the same time maybe they don't need to know everything ^^. Been poking around on the world wide webs since my computer was 25mhz, that is back when i found the fandom and when i got hooked. Still trying to pick a degree and stick with it in college, still trying to figure out just what it is i want to do in the world. Im young and full of dreams that have yet to be crushed by reality and would love to chat to someone about things, really anythings.

this is not my best into but, its a foot back in the door again.

I love to chat too, sadly I do not use Skype anymore as it got to be too much of a resource hog, and my computer is severely dated. I have all the older protocols though, aim - msn - yahoo - and I do have a google chat thing.

And my initial impressions of this place are very nice, everyone seems to be approachable and nice. So far it seems to be drama free for a forum. I've not seen any arguments or stuff so colour me impressed ^^

Considering that depending on what ad Skype feels like showing it may eat up 500-1000 MB of my ram, yeah I just cannot justify running it.
