"Hmmm..." Jack goes, pulling out what used to be a red bandanna. It was faded with age, but he kept it as a back up  dust-rag. Ray would probably like it. "Hey, ray" he continues "I've got something for ya."
He holds the bandanna forward, offering it to the kid.

Ray awoke, and found himself immersed in darkness. The ancient T-51b power helmet he wore had worked itself backwards on his head, covering his eyes. Ray groped about, frantically. "Gaia? Fox? Jack? Ranger?! I'm blind!"
