Vivi finished the spoonful of cereal she had been about to eat, keeping one eyebrow cocked. "...Well, okay," she said. "If they're happy and all." Looking down at her bowl, she realized that she was nearly done and she hadn't even noticed. "Anyway," she said, "um... does this town normally have a lot of violence in it?"

Ray nodded, and led Acon around the castle, stopping at a few key rooms. "Here's the Armory, the Alchemy Room. Dining room, you know where your bedroom is." He stopped at a window, and pointed at a rather small building. "That's the barracks . If I'm not here, I'm probably there. Or the training grounds."
