Picked up the pace and giggled. "Ray, it was just a joke! Please lighten up!"

Ray shook his head. "J-Just because Ronnie played that one prank..."

[Aconitum]

Acon raised a brow. "Oh god, what prank?" She took Ray's arm again, trying to slow him down.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray stopped. "W-We were...cleaning Giovanni's guns...a-and Ronnie thought it'd be fun to play 'William Tell'. I-It was fun...I-I only got my skull creased twice...But then...Then Ronnie got the shotgun, a-and..." He closed his eyes, and shook his head, indicating he would talk no more.

Acon shook her head. "Wait wait! You can't just leave me hanging!"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray shouted. "He shot me! N-Now I can't have kids, and I'm the laughing stock of Giovanni's family!" He sniffed. "And...and the doctors say I-I won't live past twenty five."

Acon winced. "O-oh. I'm sorry Ray."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray sniffed, and turned. "I-I...I don't wanna go home anymore."

[Aconitum]

Acon sighed and took Ray's cheeks into her paws. "Good. Let's go back to my place, then."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray sniffed, and nodded. "O-Okay...I-I'll have to call Dad and let him know I'm with you."

Acon smiled. "We can do that when we get to my place. I have a phone there."

Ray smiled. "T-Thank you."

[Aconitum]

Acon took Ray's paw and started off towards her apartment. "Maybe Juka and Con will be there." She whispered to herself.

Ray followed along, not sure what Acon was saying.

Acon continued to mutter to herself. "If I open that hole again, will Ray come back out? I thought he only lost his memory, not his knads." She sighed. "What am I gonna do?"
