Ray sighed, as another rebellious young male was brought before him. Just a hair over eighteen, the young otter struggled against his bonds. Ray sat in the high-backed chair, and peered at the boy. "So, why are you here?" The otter spat, and said nothing. Ray nodded. "Sure, sure...and what's stopping me from hanging you from my balcony?" The otter grunted, as he fought harder against the bonds. Ray again sighed, and stood. He dragged the otter to the balcony, and placed the otters bonds on the decorative spikes. Ray pushed the otter over the edge, leaving the young male groaning and shouting into the air. Ray smiled, as he shut the balcony door.
