[Aconitum]

Acon whined when Ray pulled away from her and let her ears drop.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray sighed. "I...Not right now, please...a-after you and...and Mag talk things through..." He sighed again. "S-Sorry..."

[Aconitum]

Acon averted her eyes to her shoes and hugged herself. "O-okay." She feel tears threatening to spill over her cheeks.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray wrapped his arms around Acon. "I...I'm sorry...It's just...knowing how Mag feels about you..."

[Aconitum]

Acon sniffed and nodded her understanding. She wiped at her eyes before she hugged Ray tight.

Ray sniffed. "I'm...I'm glad you understand."

[Aconitum]

Acon sighed and pulled away from Ray's embrace. "Let's go find something to do." She said dryly, starting off through more tall greenery.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray rubbed his eyes quickly, and nodded. "What about the White Queen? Think she has anything for us to do?"

[Aconitum]

Acon shrugged. "We could check. I doubt it, but worth a shot."

[Rayleonarde]

"If not...we could always race cats or something" Ray chuckled at the thought, and began walking towards the castle.

[Aconitum]

Acon leapt into Ray's back. "Race cats? Sounds... kinda gross."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray staggered briefly, before walking normally. "Well, we're like a foot and a half tall, Acon." He walked about a mile, and stopped. Ray sat Acon down, and furrowed his brow, closed his eyes, and shook his head.

Acon frowned and took a step toward Ray. "W-what's the matter?"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray's brow relaxed, and he turned. He put a paw on Acon's shoulder, and opened his eyes, which burned with a wild, crazy light. Ray stepped closer to Acon, and looped an arm behind her, pulling her closer to him.

Acon raised her eyebrows in surprise, but allowed herself to get pulled in by Ray. She bit her lip and looked up at him. "R-Ray?"
