While gradually working on a story, I can get excited about the tiniest detail of an idea. Even if it's completely stupid, it will amuse the heck out of me, and I'll just be sitting there smiling and laughing like an idiot at the scene in my head.

While gradually working on a story, I can get excited about the tiniest detail of an idea. Even if it's completely stupid, it will amuse the heck out of me, and I'll just be sitting there smiling and laughing like an idiot at the scene in my head.

Oh my gosh I can totally understand! I sort of have a habbit of pacing around my house whenever I get a new idea I like and pretty much doing that periodically every minute or so for almost half an hour as I flesh it out. I dont know why but I actuolly seem to get more exited about the tiny innocuous character and world details than about big story events
