I need a good animation software that a derp like me can use, that is free! does anyone have any suggestions?

*needs to be easy

*have good interface

*not alout of bugs.

It should be noted that Rants and Advice is specifically for venting or personal advice on problems that effect you personally. For technical advice, there are other boards you can use (In this case it could be either Tech or Artwork, depending what you're using the animation for).

That's actually not correct. It was believed to have become free but it's really just a matter of the activation server being shut down.

Also true, but this has only been said by Adobe to say that "Well just because we put a serial code that works next to the download link, doesn't mean you should use it o-okay?"

The only real "CS2 Requirement" is having an Adobe account, redmondpie is much more involved than Forbes, and CS3 is going to be next anyways. No reason to use GIMP, again.

I think it's meant for advice on things like "Relationship issues", "My family thinks I'm weird" and similar things that's got to do with "you and/or you and others"rather than things like "Should I wear the green or the blue shirt on the party?" or "Do you think boiling eggs in the microwave is a good idea?"

I can see the confusion, which is why I wrote the post above. It's good to read the description of the board you are posting, the description is

It specifically states "personal advice" not "any advice", personal advice is for an issue that effects you personally, not a technical issue
