Looking to COMMISION someone to draw me an Avatar

Alright, so commision, yes I am willing to pay $20 dollars to anyone who can make me a colored bust of my fursona. This is important, I will be paying with Mail Order  which basically means if you say you can do it (and have been on the forums for a while so I can have full trust) I will send you $20.00 in the mail, and when you receive it you basically draw my bust, send it to me and we're done! I'm willing to pay up to $25.00 for it, but that's about as high as I can offer for it.


I'm looking for a colored bust as I said, but not so much hand drawn (Forgive my terrible terminology at drawing) but I'm looking for something that's more likely to be made in the computer, (look at link below for type of drawing I'm talking about).


So what is my fursona? Here ya go. Here's the stats, and then below are links to pictures that I sort of am going for.


Species: Collie/Labrador Gender: Female
Age: 16
Anthro or Feral (quadruped): Anthro
Body Type/Build: Small, curvy
Fur/scales/body Color: Fur, Blond, Soft light brown,
Any Markings: A heart on the lower back, but it won't be in the bust
Hair Style & Color: Blue Hair, hanging in a pony tail, but lots of hair still in front, hair NOT pulled back
Eye Color: Sky Blue
Clothing: Tee Shirt (Could say the name of some movie such as "Star Wars")
Accessories: None really
Personality: Laid back, relax, but overall happy, smiling

So for posing, I would prefer her to basically be sitting down, looking sideways into the camera, not straight on. She has a sort of grin that's supposed to be semi flirty, smiling like she has lots of ideas going on.
