Biting my finger nails

Been doing it for many years. Still find myself doing it,
Many times I don't even realize I'm doing it, at least at the moment.
Usually 5 minutes later - I realize 'why am I doing this' or 'hope no one saw me'
I stop.
About 2 hours later, same cycle again, unless I'm doing something


I use the sleeves on my shirt to wipe my mouth, even if there are napkins next to me.

One time, a couple of years ago my class mate took my stuff, so I stabbed him with a pencil in his hand. He needed medical attention after that. That is really embarrasing now when I think about it :s
