Embarrassing things you do

Whenever I play video games and I get really into them I start acting like i'm actually getting hurt and would make noises like "Ow!" "Arrgh!" "Fuuu-" and so on, then when I die I woul fall back on my seat and stick out my tongue.

I don't get it but it happens. I would somehow thing of something funny but then when i'm about to laugh I immediatly think "Thats not funny" and end up making this choking noise instead.

Which can be embarrassing, talkative people kind of see it as real strange. I'm just shy and focused on things I'm to be doing or distracted by phobia ^^
