I sometimes use sweet reakfast meals as desserts. Pankakes and ice cream, for example. Thats my best shot.

Lava cakes are these really good muffin things with chocolate on the inside put it in the microwave with some ice cream and your set

Vanilla cake soak over night in combination of 2 cups double cream, tsp plum jam, tsp chestnut cream, chocolate liquor (to taste) topped with cherries.
