State trooper 509, Thalin Vien is a patrol lieutenant, in charge of managing and supervising all troopers on duty... Thalin prides himself in not being "that cop" he strives to make all calls have a personal touch while keeping things professional when they need to be, and ensure people desire a police presence not detest it.
