*feels Lokyar hugging tighter Luggz assumes the small cub is enjoying the moment and that the pair are bonding*

*as the stroking continues the tears begin to flow faster, the memories intensify, and Lokyar lets off a quiet howl. The tears head down his muzzle and onto luggz's chest*

[Luggz]

*hearing Loykar howl he holds Lokyar in front of his face*  Whats wrong little one?

[Lokyar Brightmane]

*stops howling, surprised he was doing so; the tears still flow fast, his face rapidly becoming soaked.* *barks: The humans... they took away my den-mother... You... your stroking reminded me of her... I'm sorry...*

[Luggz]

I'm so sorry, I never knew. But you know you are safe here? We won't let anything happen to you *reassuringly licks the tears from Lokyar's face*

[Lokyar Brightmane]

*barks: It's not your fault, as you say, you didn't know. But that doesn't stop the pain or the fear.* *Grabs the tongue and hugs it tight* *barks: You won't let anyting happen to me? Thank you. But I can't help wondering what if they had used a bag with smaller holes* *The tears begin to slow.*

*barks: ...I miss her.*

*tries to speak comfortingly but with Lokyar hugging his tongue can't, so supporting him in one arm Luggz tenderly hugs again without the stroking*

*releases the tongue and hugs luggz instead, burying his face into the fur of his chest, and proceeding to nom subconciously.*

*hugs Lokyar warmly staring in to space, a tear forming at what this poor cub has been through in such a short life*

*wriggles a bit and ends up rolling over onto his paws; from here he tries to jump back down to the ground, but misses the last foothold.*

*catches just before you reach the ground and place you gently down* careful now *pats your head softly*

*barks wordlessly and hugs luggz's foot, still clearly upset over the memory as his eyes are still moist, however much he desires not to show it.*

*bounds up to Thedrake* hiya *gives a welcoming hug*

*sees someone else leave him and begins to cry, hugging his own head.*
