Intel i5, something around 3.5-3.8GHZ, as of Graphics card, I have nooooo idea. It used to be one of the things I was really looking at, but for now I've put it on the back burner

What programs and features? Usually you can find free alternatives that work just as well.
Also, to get this correct... you're intending to pay like $100 more on the motherboard than necessary for the sake of it to get some additional features and then get a decently priced mid-range CPU to put in it?
