Okay so everyone knows how cats like chasing things, right? Well, so do I, I feel a spiritual connection to cats, I love chasing birds, And I like walking on all fours and such..Therian or not?

I'd say you're a therian if you feel you are or associate as a non-human animal.
Though, there's different levels/kinds of therian/otherkin, it seems.

do you feel like a cat trapped in a human body? and/or do you really wish you were a cat? if so, you are probably a therian.  at least, thats how i feel as a wolf therian. ^_^

Its possible you are. Thats how I feel about wolves and fox (fox? Foxes? Foxi? idk) its a very strong spiritual connection
