Yellow. Silver/Gold/Crystal may have been when the series was at its best in my eyes, but Yellow was the first Pokémon game I owned (I borrowed Red from a friend) and getting Pikachu & all 3 starters as well as that little emotion window whenever you talked to Pikachu...Good times :'(
