I'm starting to like all cold colours including white, but I like blues and purples the most. Purple started to become more of a favourite during some games of Curve Fever 2, and blue... IDK.

I like my residences small and cozy...

It's cheaper, easier to keep clean, more efficient to heat, and all that stuff.

And, besides that, I just like it cozy...

I think Canada / Alaska.

Canada has some beautifull landscapes, and also some really cold winters, (wich is a plus IMO). They're not overpopulated, (like the NL) and friendly people, too!
