Depends on the activities. I much prefer spending day time with my friends and being active and stuff (fully rested brain and body, sun's up and shining and stuff), but night time is a bit more intimate for me. I'd prefer one-on-one time to be under moon-light.

Probably attending football games
The most memorable one for me was when my grandma, my uncle, and I went to a friendly match Mexico vs China PR, played in Seattle's CenturyLink field
one of the best moments I ever had, a good memory that will probably never happen again (my uncle moved out in 2015 and my grandma passed away in 2014)
Celebrating with all the fans and with family, that atmosphere inside the stadium, so  hard to describe, must be experienced.
