In Belgium we have a 55% tax, do you think this is too high? and if so, what is the ideal taxrate ?

A very smart individual who has found his true passions at a younger age than most people, which is excellent. He's very brilliant with politics, a subject I have always had understanding, and the same with engineering and calculations if he repairs trams and trains. Also things I never grasped the concepts of.
