The forums have many good artists.
None of them (except for Mort as far as I know) are taking commissions tho.
You probably have better luck looking in places like FA or dA.

Almost. The artist completely wiped and blocked her profile because she intended to commit suicide. She was gone for a couple months before returning and explaining the whole situation yesterday. That's the only "issue" I've ever had with commissions of FA.
