Hmmmm... For my favorite side dish, I'm quite fond of the standard basket of french fries (or chips, if you're from England or Australia, or chups if you're from New Zealand. :P ). For my favorite dessert... Hmm, that's a toughy! But I do love having a bowl of peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream!

I dunno if it's necessarily my favorite, but it's the one I've been on the most: The Mr. Freeze at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington. You go through Freeze's lair while waiting in line, and once you're on the coaster, it shoots you off suddenly through this spiraling twisty knot of a track. The end of the track is completely vertical. When you get there, it pulls you all the way up to the top, pauses for a few long, agonizing moments, then drops you backwards through the whole thing! :D
