I think sometimes people just do it to be mean if the person hasn't really done anything. A lot of the people on this forum should still have perfect karma in my opinion.

I've had the game for like, three years or whatever, and I'm only on the second disk cuz if I get frustrated with it, I won't play it for a while. and I can't get past the part on the ghost ship where I have to fight like, six ghosts and the ghost captain. it makes me mad.

Just level up your guys more and save before you go into battle. Oh! If you want a really good RPG, try rogue galaxy. Thee are a few furries in it, I think. I know there is at least one.

Actualy the easies way to beat the ghosts is to use light type magic it is the most effective not to mention maxing out your combos so that when you attack your enemies physical attacks.  Also getting two of your characters dracometers maxed out gives you a special field with a yin-yan in the background and your magic/physical attacks do 160% damage I believe.
