I do get alone very easily now, even though I talk to someone in my head and sometimes even when technically I'm not alone. It's horrible feeling and when I get it even when talking to my mate or parents I'm scared they think I'm going cold on them because I get to the point I feel apathetic and dead inside. I also have depression with my anxiety. I sometimes worry if I'm turning schizoid. In this new year if things don't pick up after this horrible wet weather and short days here are gone (I'm hardly seeing much sunlight) I want to see a therapist, preferably a decent one this time (the last acted like a bossy army man who thinks he could just slap people out of mental conditions).
