Does my tail look ok?
« on: February 10, 2012, 09:51:51 PM »
I made this myself, took me a week. I like it but it seems thin & I really want something better but I just wanted to know if it looks good since I'm wearing it in public & on stage.

Its 100% acrylic yarn & if anyone wants me to make them 1 I can but I wont pay to ship it.

It looks like a good job to me.  :) Is this something you do often?

That was my 3rd tail ever. I made 1 for a costume for myself but my gf (at the time) wore it grrr, 2nd was just a small keychain version of that one. It takes forever to make, I'm almost done with the matching ears.

Also the ears are a new design I made when I was in school but still too afraid to make or wear them, I still havent seen anyone with ears like these but I'll post a pic of them in a week or so.

It looks good, I don't know how yarn tails go, but is there the possibility of making it a bit more poofy?
That's the only thing I'd change about it, and that's just a personal prefrence. Good job! :D

Oh I do want it to be more poofy but not sure on how to do that, it just looks like a fox colored cat tail to me. I do plan on making another that'll be way bigger (3x length 5x width), but not until i can make it poofy

it looks real nice, though myself I prefer real big tails (as in very thick and going all the way down to your feet), but for the size it looks real neat :3
