Clothing: Black leggings, vest, and cloak. On the inside of the vest is a holster for his flute. Black bracer on his left arm has a concealed sheath on the underside where he carries his knife. Small silver necklace bears various symbols.
Physical Description: Covered in black fur, except for his top left ear and some of the fur around it, which is snow-white. 5'10", though very dextrous and agile. Dark blue eyes. Built like a runner.
Country of Origin: Tayra
Background: Mawz was born in the middle of nowhere, Tayra, in a small, secluded town called Fnorgan. Due to its isolation, Fnorgan had developed strange superstitions and customs (Most of which Mawz still adheres to). Because of these superstitions, however, Mawz was shunned after he was found to be gifted at manipulating shadows. His parents home-schooled him, taught him how to play the flute, and he became better and better at bending shadows and manipulating them. However, one day, when he was around 15 years old, he was caught bending shadows into the form of a person, insubstantial but still real to the naked eye. The townspeople were angry and accused his parents of teaching him necromancy and summoning spirits. They were forced to leave, and Mawz began to blame himself. He ran away, though he continued to train himself in the arts of Shadowdancing. As he traveled around and came to bigger cities, he began to take odd jobs for wealthy people, and quickly became something of an assassin. Due to his jobs, he became adept (Though no master, by any means) at hand to hand combat. He never joined any official guild or team, as he prefers to work alone.
