In Ohio a Ballistic knife is defined as a "Knife with a detachable blade that is propelled by a spring-operated mechanism" thus making all gas propelled ballistic knives are somewhat above the law (or at least in the grey area)

-Sugar actually has more potential energy than gunpower.
-The first gun that could shoot around corners was made by Nazi Germany for crews of tanks without  mounted machine guns.
-An M1 Abrams tank can run on any combustable liquid.
-A potato cannon can launch a spud with the same amount of kinetic energy as a .38 revolver.
