Ooh the dark side eh? I can see the appeal, but I prefer to live the life of hero by day, assassin by night

Infamous! Nice reference!
Based on my characters actions, I would say I am a sociopath

Yup! One time I burst into the mages guild while they were all asleep and tried to murder as many of the mages in there as I could before they automatically kicked me out

I love that skeleton key! Out of habit, though, I still collect every little lockpick I can find

Exactly! Never know when they could come in handy!
Although I can obsessively rummage through plants for ingredients too and that can get annoying

It's amazing how much valuable stuff you can find in homes just laying around. It's really easy to steal too
Then with the skeleton key I've been often picking the locks on all the stands with all the really good stuff in it

I tried that one time in a guild I think. I just took everything I wanted and tossed things all over the place to make it look like I ransacked it. That was fun
Can't remember if it stayed that way or not though.

The game does a good job of usually preventing them from dying (they only go unconscious if you kill them right?). I can recall using that to turn Martin Septim into a pincushion of arrows. It was probably the most sadistic I've been on that game
First I knocked him out, then I would wait for him to try and get up so I could shoot him with an arrow and knock him out again. I did this until his whole body was just covered in arrows! T'was very entertaining
