Hey! I Am Neptune. I'm a Teal Cat and I'm eccentric, and flamboyant and fantastic. I love being a furry, and enjoy wearing tails and spreading my furry love  XP . i'm glad to be here, and i really hope i can make alot of friends. So yeah, theres not much else to say, but i'm not entirely sure where to go from here. also i really need an avatar so if someone could help me with that, i would love them forever  :P   Yay! i'm glad to be here!
