I IV breed, Nature Breed, and I'll even throw in some free EV training, if desired. You may also request a hold item.

I currently use the Masuda Method to hatch shinies (none yet, though).
My Magmar is my hatching partner.

As I get more, I will add to the list. It is first come, first serve, and you may or may not have to give me something in return, depending on the complexity of your order. I.E. A shiny Dratini 31 ATK IV, with a Brave Nature, holding a Master Ball...That may need some time, and some form of payment (A Shiny/Normal Legendary).

However, it is possible for me to grant such a request I have Emerald, Soul Silver, Platinum, and White, but currently only breeding in SS.

I can also teach egg moves or TM's, if you desire, but that may make your request take longer, as it involves chain breeding.

I also restarted recently, so certain requests may take a bit before I can do them. If you want a poke that isn't on my current list, pm me and I will work something out with you, give you a time frame, and a "price", if any.

If you want to get disqualified at a tournament, yeah that seems pretty fast. The reason I asked was because I am going to be participating in the Pokemon Regionals in New Jersey. I don't plan on risking getting caught with a hacked pokemon.

I'm going either way with my decent IVs. It would just be nice if I could get some nice IVs. Just asked a question, no need to rain down on me.

To answer your question, Jace: yes, you can legitimately get 31 IVs in all stats. HOWEVER (and it's a BIG however), it'd be more time consuming and luck-based than I think is worth the boost. It's best to just stick with two (or three, if you're daring) stats that'll best suit the Pokemon you're raising (SpAtk and Speed for a Special Sweeper, for example).

Also, Chibi, would it be possible for you to send me a Koffing? Egg moves and nature aren't necessary as I can do that myself, but I can't actually get one in White except via Dreamworld (which I still haven't fully figured out). If you're especially bored, you can breed it for Pain Split and a Relaxed (+Def, -Speed) nature, but it's not necessary. Thanks in advance!
