i've never been a fan of the Beatles... they're ok if you like that sort of thing, but i never thought they were good enough for all the hype.

Well, I like the originality of their music. The world today is polluted with rap and other things of the sort which are COMPLETELY different from "good" music. I'm a real oldies guy, and always like this kind of music. They had so much hype because of their great beats and fun lyrics. They knew what people wanted, and what people wanted was good music. OwO

i agree that elanor rigby is a fantastic song, although i prefer "for no one" from the revolver album. and i also think lucy in the sky with diamonds is fantastic, if a little random.

Elenore Rigby is good, but i like Back in the USSR and Octupus Garden, then ER. THe Beatles are hard to not like fasho.

Some of my favorite love songs were Beatles songs, or songs by Beatles members. Of course, so are some of my favorite "WtF?" songs ("I am the Walrus" comes to mind).
