Reworking forum boards

Just letting you all know in case you wonder where stuff went...

The "Banners" board, which was a child board under "Artistic Stuff" has been closed due to inactivity and overall lack of purpose.

The IMVU section has also been revamped, so it is now more organized, and the old threads have been cleared out to make room for new ones.
