He's 1/2 wolf, 1/10 Dragon, 1/10 Fox, 1/10, Human, 1/10 Black Panther, 1/10 Other (mostly mixed canine)

Some information about Issac:
He is one of two personalities within the body. one of which is an artificially created alter ego that was forged by a madman who drugged Issac with Dragonsbane. The alter ego is named Zap and is a killing machine with the ability to control all elements and even time.
Description of Zap's appearance:
A wolf standing at six feet tall, Zap has his midnight black fur well taken care of. Upon closer inspection, he has a white spot right above his heart and spreads to the tip of every limb in a lightning shaped pattern. The most prominant is the one coming from the back spot to the tip of his nose. A scar crossing his face from his left ear to his right eye deforms his normally handsom face. With his silver eyes and fangs the wolf was not someone to be messed with. Emerging from his back is a pair of large draconian wings with heavy lupine influence, the scales replaced with fur, even though the membrane is still leathery.
